Responsible for screening potential or existing business partners, customers, suppliers, and any other entities as per TD SYNNEX policies and regulations through various organizations and in various systems, to provide appropriate feedback to managers and to find effective ways of communication with sales and internal teams.Responsibilities:Support Regulatory Compliance teamResponsible for the screening on names/addresses against Denied Party lists as directed by TD SYNNEX Regulatory Compliance policies-regulations.Decision making and recording evidence.Escalation to managers when appropriate.Following procedures as per SOPs in place.ECCN classification.Deal with relevant compliance-related correspondence in a timely and compliant way.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience).Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional languages.Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.Essential (E) and Desirable (D):Basic knowledge of EU import-export Customs Regulations. (D)Knowledge of EU and US classification and export control of products containing encryption and export license processing. (D)Experience/knowledge of international trade. (D)Effective communication skills. (E)Great teamwork. (E)Enquiring mind and critical analysis.
