You will oversee local infrastructure health, implement global and local driven projects, troubleshoot and remediate issues and follow up on incidents and requests.Key Responsibilities –Ensure Service Availability : Maintain the availability and reliability of terminal data centre services to support uninterrupted business operations.ITSM Process Management : Leverage the Service Now platform to efficiently handle ITSM processes, including incident resolution, request fulfillment, and change management.Change Management : Execute global change programs within the data centre domain, ensuring first-time-right implementation without causing unplanned business interruptions.Cyber Resiliency : Strengthen cyber resilience by adhering to APM Terminals' standards and policies, including timely patch management for all data centre infrastructure.Infrastructure Monitoring : Ensure visibility and monitoring of data centre infrastructure using standardized global and local tools, with proactive and reactive follow-up on alerts
