About the role- You will help to create an analytical culture within the HR team.
- You will work close to the HR & Talent Managers to help them make decisions based on data.
- Your focus will be on introducing a data-driven and goal-focused methodology on Fever's people processes and functions.
About you- BA/BSc or Masters degree in data science, mathematics, engineering or other related studies.
- Demonstrable work experience in People Analytics/Data Analytics.
- Ability to translate business questions to key research objectives.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Willingness to examine the status quo and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Fluent in English.
