Daf / Cfo Part-Time

You will be the part-time CFO of several companies and spend some time on side projects for Coactiv or other specific missions for clients such as fundraising or M&A.Location: BarcelonaJob Type: Full timeJob Description – What You Will DoOur missions are diverse depending on the context, making each one unique and enriching.Your responsibilities will include:Lead the finance operations and produce financial documents: monthly reports (P&L / cash / runway), budget, business plan, cash forecast, dashboard, spot analysis, etc.Assist management in strategic operations as a finance business partner and be part of the executive committee of the startup.Review and improve financial processes.Lead or assist in the relationship with stakeholders: accounting firms, lawyers, banks, shareholders, etc.Who Are We Looking ForYou have a finance background of at least 5 years in Audit, Transaction services, or Finance department within a corporate, M&A, or Investment fund.You are curious, proactive, a team player, autonomous, eager to learn, and not afraid to work on several missions at the same time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
