What this position is about - Purpose : As D&IT Business Solutions Manager, you will be at the forefront of integrating consumer-centric solutions within the global market landscape for your markets. Your role involves a strategic partnership with global IT teams to leverage technology in enhancing our RRP product offerings and ensuring our business receives the appropriate solutions. You will be key in filling the gap between market demands, IT capabilities, and consumer-centric strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for formulating the right IT solution strategy for the Cluster, serving as a solution architect responsible for driving the selection, design, and delivery of IT solutions to support the Cluster's growth and transformation objectives, actively engaging with business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements and alignment with strategic priorities.
What will you do - Responsibilities : Lead the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, in accordance with JTI's Project Management Framework, established IT standards, policies and procedures, J-Sox controls, and industry best practices. Ensure that 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with JTI quality standards and fulfill agreed-upon project commitments and contractual obligations while exercising fiscal discipline and transparency in the overall management of any project budget. Lead and manage identified projects, and on occasion related teams, to ensure they are executed successfully while day-to-day operations continue effectively and efficiently. Implement and monitor the support models for all applications in the role's portfolio, ensuring that KPIs established by the region are accomplished and optimizing SLAs across all platforms under the role's responsibility. Conduct functional analysis of the integrations between the global and local applications for Market Mile integration. You will ensure the correct and timely deployment of projects and new initiatives.
Who are we looking for - Requirements : University Degree in Computer Science (Business Informatics) or strong IT background/experience. 4+ years' experience in the IT Business Solutions discipline with 2+ of those years in Project Management of Business Solutions/Application. Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies with good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry. Fluent in oral and written Spanish & English. Functional Skills : Experience in at least 3 of the following new technology trends, with strong skills in PowerBI as mandatory: Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Microsoft O365 Platform (SharePoint, Office, Teams, etc.), Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft Azure (Data Factory), new generation Business Intelligence solutions (MS Power BI), e-commerce (WordPress, Magento, Google Analytics). Experience in Business Analysis & Business requirements analysis. Solutions design and architecture (business applications and IT infrastructure), including but not limited to application design methodology (including Agile methodology), interface design, capacity planning, scalability. Good financial and budgetary understanding. Project management (medium to large scale projects). Supplier management. Trustpilot. UX/UI. Adobe Suite.
