In this role, you will work closely with a portfolio of new clients, assisting them in developing their first online advertising campaigns. This position provides the opportunity to significantly influence their business. The work environment is highly goal-oriented, where you'll focus on personal targets while contributing to the success of the broader onboarding team. Responsibilities: Engage with a large number of potential clients daily via phone calls. Understand and address customer needs and objectives. Take responsibility for increasing client spending, driving upsells, and ensuring long-term client retention. Requirements: Native-level Dutch proficiency (C2) is required. High proficiency in English (C1). Ideally: BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus), or 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising. Benefits: Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Salary: 23,876 gross/year, plus up to 3,408 gross/year in bonuses. Hybrid work setup based in Barcelona.
