This is why the person on the front line of customer engagement matters so much. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for delighting our customers by providing excellent customer service, across support, data management, and engagement.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that customers know how to use the platform and are making use of our extensive and innovative list of features.Responding to customer inquiries effectively.Transforming air cargo rates into our format and uploading them into the system.Identifying upsell opportunities and passing them on to the sales team.Motivating customers to transact through the WebCargo system.Keeping the CRM up to date. Basic RequirementsFluency in Spanish is required to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers.A high level of English is required.Very precise and detail-oriented.Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.High level of Excel.An autonomous person that can learn fast.Team player.Capable of adapting to a fast-changing environment. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree.Knowledge of the Cargo Freight industry.Other languages will be a plus. Why is WebCargo where you want to work?
