About the job: This role is fundamental in the development projects of security technology, acting as a bridge between the technical team and stakeholders to ensure delivery and satisfaction of user needs and requirements. Your main function will be to define the scope of the solution, manage the necessary capacity, and ensure that the development team delivers value to the business. You will work closely with users and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvements and features of the solution based on business value and return on investment. As a PO, you should have experience executing according to strategic objectives and priorities, as well as an innovative, proactive, analytical, and problem-solving attitude that contributes to building new solutions in the area. Responsibilities: Vision and Strategy: define and communicate the vision and strategy of the solutions to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.Backlog Management: manage and prioritize the solution backlog, ensuring the team always works on the most valuable features. This includes writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and maintaining a clear and concise backlog.Stakeholder Engagement: act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, including clients, business managers, and other stakeholders. Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback into the product development process.Team Collaboration: work closely with the development team to provide them with a clear vision of what needs to be built and why. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Delivery and Performance: ensure that the product increments delivered by the team meet quality standards and user and stakeholder expectations.
