Position: Dutch/Flemish Customer Support Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming B2C user requests via telephone/email
- Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer
- Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
- Support technical enquiries and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargers
- Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system
- Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
- Monitor / progress all open queries in queue
- Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
- Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager

REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch and advanced level of English
- Possess excellent customer care skills, knowledge and awareness
- Have adequate professional experience
- Are able to implement and manage changes in processes
- Are responsible and possess independent work habit
- Have good communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistance
- Follow the security rules of the company
