In collaboration with a leading investment firm offering Forex and CFD trading, we are looking to recruit a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Agent for their Limassol office.

Location: Remote (EMEA)

Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Service agreement
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Graduated with a College/University degree.
Qualifications in economics/finance or any related field is a plus.
Excellent command of the English and Japanese languages, both verbal and written (C1)
Relevant experience in the forex industry would be considered an advantage.
Flexible to work on a weekly rotating shift 24/7 (morning/afternoon/night)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate with strong experience using MS Office applications, trading platforms, CRM Systems, Chat, and email systems to monitor performance.
Works independently and as part of a team with a willingness to ensure results are achieved.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Assist customers in opening trading accounts.
Answer e-mails, amend existing accounts, maintain client records, and liaise with appropriate departments.
Handle welcome calls/call-back requests.
Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Provide general information regarding platforms and services offered.
Handle back-office queries.
Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
Deal with customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Provide support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms.
Liaise with all departments to resolve issues.
Suggest ideas and actions to develop the market.
Coordinate with the marketing department regarding planning seminars, expos, and translations of certain campaigns.
Forward any issues or requests to the head of the department and/or the appropriate department.
Educate the customer where applicable.
Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
