We have rapidly expanded from our Australian roots into the United States and Canada, and now we're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Customer Success Specialist - Compliance to join our Manila-based, Philippines team.This isn't just any Customer Success role. You will be a crucial member of our customer success - compliance review team, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing client submissions and ensuring the compliance of their brand within the US and Canadian markets. Your work directly contributes to the success of our compliance program, catering to marketing teams within enterprise clients across North America. Fluent in English, your main task involves nurturing strong, productive relationships with our customers, making sure their submissions align with compliance standards and addressing any queries with efficiency and accuracy. Enforce our customers' programs to guarantee consistency and accuracy in evaluating advertising and marketing submissions. ? Serve as subject matter experts on client-specific programs, adeptly applying relevant rules and guidelines during reviews. ? Uphold all Standard Service Level agreements. ? Assist in the rollout and support of customer-specific programs. ? Continuously expand knowledge on our tailored customer programs, collaborating with and learning from team experts. ? Possess strong teamwork skills, working effectively with the in-office team and the North American team to continuously collaborate and enhance processes. About you: ? Exceptional English listening, speaking and written communication skills. ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. ? Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. ? Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team and with day-to-day users of an organization. ? Proven ability in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with an attention to detail. ? Experience in delivering client-focused solution based on customer needs. ? Experience and fundamental skills in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint (or Keynote). ? Experience with productivity tools such as Slack, Notion, Intercom, Google Workspace or their counterparts. Working with Us: ? This position operates on a night shift schedule to cater to our North American clients' needs. ?
