The Opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to drive our technology and super-serve our customers in our growing Barcelona office.
Nutanix EMEA Customer Success team is responsible for accelerating revenue growth with our Subscription Customers. You will be part of a team of representatives who will focus on driving revenue growth from customers across all industry verticals and regions in EMEA. The team has a unique vibe that comes from constant creativity, innovation, and a focus on how we can better serve our customers every time.

You will report to the Customer Success Manager, who values open communication and encourages team members to take ownership of their roles. The manager's leadership style prioritizes collaboration and empowerment, fostering an environment where team members can thrive and develop their skills. This position offers a hybrid work setup, requiring the new hire to be in the office twice a week, providing an excellent balance between remote work flexibility and in-person collaboration.
This role does not require any travel. The Customer Success team operates under a hybrid model, typically working from the office about twice a week, with no additional travel commitments required for the position.
Your Role
Maximize the success of Nutanix's customers across Switzerland and Austria territories, through proactive engagement and support.
Attain a minimum of 100% of goals for customer check-ins, customer adoption, and renewal rates.
Maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and data.
Act as the customer's advocate engaging other departments within Nutanix when necessary and ensuring successful resolution.
Maintain a high level of daily activity including customer and internal calls, meetings, and customer research.
What you'll bring
Experience in high-tech customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Sales.
Fluent in German and English . French is a strong nice to have.
Experience working with software subscription customers.
Proven track record of overachieving in a sales metrics-driven environment.
Knowledge of data centre technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, security, Cloud, and networking would be desirable.
