Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart. The Opportunity - This role is Hybrid Customer Success at Nutanix. The Customer Success Representative will be part of the Nutanix Customer Success team. This team works closely with internal functions such as Global Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Support. They also have access to the Nutanix customer, partner, and distributor community in their region. The team focuses on product adoption, renewals, retention, and revenue growth. They maintain a consistent cadence of client-facing activities, develop long-term plans with customers, and manage project adoption and implementation plans.
The team collaborates with Engineering and Services teams to resolve post-sale implementation issues and engages with theater leaders for executive level engagements.
Your Role - Maximize the success of Nutanix's French customers across EMEA through proactive engagement and support.
Attain a minimum of 100% of goals for customer check-ins, customer adoption, and renewal rates.Maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and data.Act as the customer's advocate engaging other departments within Nutanix when necessary and ensuring successful resolution.Maintain a high level of daily activity including customer and internal calls, meetings, and customer research.What You Will Bring - Experience in high-tech customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Support, or Sales.
Fluent in French and English.Experience working with software subscription customers.Proven track record of overachieving in a sales metrics-driven environment.Knowledge of data centre technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, security, Cloud, and networking would be desirable.About the Team - Since 2020, Mauricio has been an integral part of Nutanix, drawn by the allure of a burgeoning cloud computing company with a stellar team, aligned values, and endless growth opportunities.
