Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
Monitor and analyze customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Lead customer success initiatives and projects to enhance client engagement and retention.
Qualifications
Senior-level experience in customer success or a related field, preferably within E-Commerce or DTC.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CET time zone operations and flexibility to work 30-40 hours per week.
