This is a remote position. You work continuously to improve the processes, product, offer, etc. You analyze and consolidate data, user cases, etc.Requirements:You graduate from a business school with a technical business focus.You have at least 3 years of experience as a CSM or Account Manager.You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to adapt to demanding profiles.You follow your accounts with rigor, and you have a strong sense of customer service.You are autonomous, proactive, curious, and able to learn quickly.You are a hunter with an eye for detail, and you are solution-oriented.Your actions are driven by analyses/figures and data.You are full of ambitions, flexible, adaptable, and not afraid of change.You are passionate about personal development and are looking for a meaningful job.You are fluent in English and French.
