We have an exciting opportunity of a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team located at Malaga, WA.
Your New Role: Reporting to the State Manager, you will support and lead the small customer service team and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include: Processing telephone sales by taking orders Providing over the phone quotations Project coordination and scheduling Attending to other customer service and project related activities You will bring: Previous experience in a customer service leadership role (advantageous) Effective communication and presentation skills Passionate about customer service High level of attention to detail and organisation Experience in dealing with wholesalers, customers and distributors within the electrical, mechanical, building products or similar industries (advantageous) Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook (advantageous) At Korvest you will enjoy: Secure employment in a growing ASX listed company Eligibility for company share bonus after 2 years of service Working in a dynamic and friendly team Employee referral program Charity and community support programs Support from leaders with extensive industry experience Professional and personal career development Access to our employee assistance program The successful applicant will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven, customer-focused, and have an aptitude to learn and further develop their skills.
