Customer Service Specialist - Madrid

Customer Service Advisor/Madrid/Permanent/30,000 EUROur client is a leading global distributor and is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be building strong relationships with customers on the telephone, overseeing all orders, and liaising with key colleagues to ensure everything is in place to guarantee deliveries within lead time. You will handle all customer enquiries.Duties will include: Be the first point of contact for all customer requests for orders and any enquiries.Processing customer orders on the system and liaising with internal departments to ensure the order is fulfilled.Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, having weekly update calls with key accounts.Manage and oversee customer deliveries, keeping the customer fully informed of timelines.Take ownership of challenges and follow through to ensure delivery as promised to the customer, collaborating with colleagues and being the voice of the customers.Investigate complaints and help provide solutions to eradicate future issues.Essential Skills: 2-3 years previous experience in a demanding customer service environment.IT proficient in MS package, intermediate to advanced in Excel.Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.Excellent communication skills - a relationship builder.#J-18808-Ljbffr
