To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.Understand and comply with administrative duties.Your qualificationsProficient or bilingual in English with an advanced level of Spanish.Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.Sales experience.Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution.Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office.If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
