What you will do in this role Mainly handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post sales requestsHandle outbound calls when necessary to solve issues with customers and different internal business unitsQuote creation and follow up with cross selling / up selling and a proactive and service attitudeEnsure personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and Post sales processes are maintainedInitiate & manage Customer post sales related tasks; covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalationsYour qualifications Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch and are advanced in EnglishHave a minimum of 1-year relevant experienceHave strong communication, customer facing and customer care skillsHave knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc)Are achievement and target oriented, customer driven and motivated to work in salesHave IT knowledge and technical understandingHave real capability to listen to customersCan conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needsWhat's in it for you Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30Salary: 20,000 euros gross/year up to 2,000 euros gross/year in bonusGreat office location in BarcelonaFriends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesIf all this feels like the perfect next step in your career journey, we want to hear from you.
