We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Store Operations Specialist to join our Retail Store Operations Team in our Barcelona HQ. Principal functions:
Act as the main contact of the stores, either by phone, electronically or personally, acting as a link with the different corporate departments.Monitoring of the management of shipments both to own stores and to international franchises, from preparation to final delivery.Manage the opening and closing of stores, entry of orders for non-salable material, product and their shipment, as well as change of address, entry of returns, blocking of merchandise and collection management.Process orders, requests and petitions (Product replenishment, non-salable, office supplies, Express orders, raw materials, among others).Prepare and distribute activity reports for managed stores.Work together with the Commercial Manager Area reporting all kinds of cases identified in the stores.RequirementsAt least 2-5 years of work experience in B2B Customer Service within the fashion industry.French and Italian speaker (Proficiency or advanced), an extra language will be a plus.Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, specially on Excel. knowledge in ERP's will be a plus.Strong client-facing and communication skills.Team player; enthusiastic, accurate and commercially oriented.Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude towards work.Customer service orientation and passion for the Bridal Industry.Experience in receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls.Organizational and multitasking skills, proactive and decisive attitude, used to teamwork.
