What you'll be doing: Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way. You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions. Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client. Requirements: What skills & experience you'll bring to us: A fluent level of Polish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus). High level of English (Both written and spoken). A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving. Benefits: Contract: Permanent contract (1-month probation period). Full-time: 39 hours/week. Working days/Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 18:00 pm; Friday, 9:00 am to 17:00 pm or 10:00 am to 18:00 pm. Salary: €16,555 per year. Holidays: 24 per calendar year. Hybrid: 2 days from the office / 3 days working from home. Training: 2 weeks (Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 18:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 17:00h). Start date: ASAP.
