As a Customer Service Representative for the Europe Customer Operations Centre (COpC) in Barcelona, you will become part of a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse work environment where you will be part of a dedicated team delivering top customer support.
It is a key role that will engage with customers and be an active player with our pre and post-sales engineers and other representatives to handle a variety of pre and post-sales functions.
Your Role:
Raise quotes, process orders and manage deliveries and invoicing
Take incoming inquiries from customers in the Scandinavian region
Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the quote to invoicing cycle
Innovate new ways of meeting the customer needs
Support, guide and escalate if necessary
Collaborate across departments and geographies
Assist in ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
Your profile:
Native Finnish and advanced level of English
Experience in a similar role and environment will be considered a plus
Positive attitude to delight customers with a customer-centric mind!
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to solve complex issues that are in the best interest of the customer and the company
Time management in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills
Strong organizational skills to maximize productivity

This job has a full-time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
