David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative for their Barcelona office.Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Barcelona, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeWork model: on-siteDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle incoming B2C user requests via telephone/emailLog call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customerSolve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledgeSupport technical enquiries and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargersProgress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management systemProactively update customers with status and resolution progressMonitor / progress all open queries in queueEscalate potential service issues to appropriate levelEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedRespond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned managerAchieve an excellent customer satisfaction levelREQUIREMENTS:Native / fluent in Dutch, both verbal and written.
