What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
Respond appropriately to customers' requests and provide all the necessary advice guaranteeing satisfaction and ensuring contractual SLA is maintained.Escalate potential service issues.Liaise with Supervisors/Mentors on specific projects where requested.We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
