Key Responsibilities: Process incoming customer requests and orders with accuracy and efficiency Verify orders against customer and purchase order agreements Coordinate with warehouses, plants, and forwarders to manage shipment preparations Ensure timely, accurate invoicing for each order Address and resolve customer complaints, manage return shipments, and improve customer satisfaction Provide support to our sales representatives to enhance customer service Maintain, update, and organize customer files, records, and relevant internal documentation What We're Looking For: Intermediate proficiency in English Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a back-office environment What We Offer: A unique opportunity to learn, grow, and advance within the company Experience working with a diverse, international team Supportive team environment and potential for long-term career development If you're ready to start a rewarding back-office career with growth opportunities in a global setting, apply today!
