Customer Service (German Speaker)

We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with proficiency in German.

Job Summary : The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role requires a deep understanding of the chemical industry and fluency in German to effectively communicate with our German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and production to meet customer needs and expectations. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system. Provide product information, technical support, and guidance to customers. Handle customer complaints and returns, working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. Monitor and track order status, providing regular updates to customers. Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the chemical industry. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications : Additional languages are a plus. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Knowledge of international shipping and logistics.
