What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will: Efficiently organize and book appointments for customers Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations Provide excellent customer service both via phone and email Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and procedures Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
