As a Customer Service Representative in Malaga (on-site), you will be part of our innovative and growing team in the satellite television provider industry.
What You Will Do In this role, you will: Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries.
Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems.
Focus on providing good customer experiences in every contact, emphasizing continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Follow the processes and procedures created for the project.
Opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email in the future.
Be on site in a timely manner, ready to start work at the agreed time.
Work together as a group and achieve set goals.
Your Qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms.
You should be: Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian with advanced English.
Adaptable, customer-focused, and able to learn tasks and processes.
Energetic with well-developed communication skills.
Possess excellent time management skills.
Have good computer skills, knowledge, and experience of Microsoft and the Internet.
