What You Will Do in This Role Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, and chats) and solve users' demands.Support technical inquiries and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargers.Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level.Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level.Your Qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
