As Customer Care & Warranty Manager - Electronics for Europe and Africa, you will lead multiple teams and enjoy working directly with our customers.
The purpose of this role is based around three main pillars: Significant Issues & Escalations, Customer Care, and Warranty Costs Management.
You are the right candidate if you are an engineer with some interest or experience in Electronics and possess an MBA / Business mindset who enjoys achieving goals.
You are not the right fit for this role if you prefer to stay in your comfort zone or seek a position focused mainly on report data. This role is key for customer & stakeholder management, where the candidate must be ready to build relationships with customers.

As our next Customer Care & Warranty Manager, you will manage customer complaints regarding warranties and coordinate with our plant teams to achieve quick actions. You will troubleshoot all issues in coordination with the plan and monitor forecast and budget for Warranty costs.
Requirements:
Engineering studies and Business / MBA background.
At least 3 years of professional experience in contact with OEM customers.
Fluent in English and one other European language.
