Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat support. Utilize internal and external resources to deliver top-tier service. Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams. Route calls to the correct resources and document all interactions according to standard procedures. Monitor and communicate emerging trends and patterns in customer issues. Adhere to quality guidelines and company policies for consistent service delivery. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements: Native or fluent in German, both verbal and written. Familiarity with customer support software, including Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools. Experience in Customer Support or technical support, particularly with help desks or IT functions. Ability to pass a background check. Strong independent work ethic and remote team collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Adaptability to process and information changes.
