You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of more than 150 professionals: developers, designers, consultants, and managers, distributed across 6 locations in Europe.
You will work hand in hand with the operational marketing team to guarantee and offer the management of HR, Loyalty, and Merchants digital products, always focused on the needs and concerns of users.

At Vip District, we are looking for a person with a strong service orientation and resolution to be part of our Customer Experience department as a Customer Care Agent. This position will be in charge of providing optimal service and attention to our clients with a focus on the Dutch and international markets, so Dutch as a C2 level and a high level of English, both oral and written, are essential (tests will be carried out). Other languages such as Spanish will be valued.
Features: Answer questions or incidents from the company's clients through the online form (Zendesk tool), phone calls, email, and chat.Redirect specific requests that cannot be resolved by the agent to the corresponding area and follow them up.Manage and resolve incidents with advertisers and affiliate networks (cashback discounts).Follow up and resolve cases assigned to the agent.Detect and communicate if they detect a pattern of complaints about the same process.What are we looking for in you? (Requirements) Person passionate about new technologies and their innovationsStudies related to computing, technology, communication, tourism, etc.Minimum previous experience of 2 or 3 years in a company in the e-commerce sector in customer serviceExperience with ticketing platforms, previous experience with Zendesk is highly valued,Proactive, decisive, and flexible character.Great attention to detailsYou like to work in a team and have a collaborative profileExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written (written writing test will be taken).What do we offer?
