For the Customer Service team of one of our sister companies we are looking for Norwegian Customer Advisors for 40 hours a week. Where your skills are needed Communicate directly with our customers via multiple channels, such as: email, phone or social media;
With you, we want to offer our customers a special experience in the quality, speed and quality of contact;
Passing on information to our customers on the status of the order by evaluating the erp & contact center system;
Supporting customers in the processing of returns or complaints.
