Job description

Do you speak Danish and in addition another language such as English or German? And do you like to be on the front line of our Customer Service department to answer customer questions? Grab your chance now! For the Customer Service team of one of our sister companies we are looking for Danish Customer Advisors for 40 hours a week

Where your skills are needed

- Communicate directly with our customers via multiple channels, such as: email, phone or social media;

- With you, we want to offer our customers a special experience in the quality, speed and quality of contact;

- Passing on information to our customers on the status of the order by evaluating the erp & contact center system;

- Supporting customers in the processing of returns or complaints.

Job requirements

What will help you to master future challenges

- We welcome applications with excellent written and spoken language as well as good English or German skills. Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish as a 2nd language is a pre;

- Some experience in customer service;

- Excellent computer and typing skills;

- Commitment and passion for the world of lamps and our customers;

- Strong team spirit and a desire to develop potential.
