We now have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Communications Manager in our Spain Marketing Company, with a special focus on driving our community management in Spain. The role is based in Madrid.
Your new team Your focus will be on driving digital communications for corporate activities in Spain specifically as well as for some of our therapy areas; and also, you will support the communications strategy for Innovation & Digital Strategy department. The Spanish Communications team consists of 6 people and is growing, reporting to the Corporate Affairs and Market Access in Spain.
Your main tasks You will be an important communication counselor for the Senior Leadership Team and the Country President to drive our corporate communications activities locally in Social Media. You will work with a mix of internal and external communication tasks, and your main responsibilities are:
Supporting and counseling on internal communications.
Ensuring the correct use of company branding and graphic design of corporate materials.
Support in corporate events for logistical and decoration.
Handling speaker opportunities and developing speaking notes, presentations, and briefing materials for our leaders.
Developing and building content for our website.
Community Management of Directors' social media accounts.
Creating, localizing, translating, and calendarizing social media content in corporate social media channels.
Supporting with media monitoring and production of coverage and social media reports.
Social media listening reports for the brands so they can make strategic decisions based on this information.
Supporting disease awareness campaigns to share them on social media.
Coordinating agencies.
Coordinating campaigns on paid media, SEO, SEM, and banners.
Leading comms strategy, both internal and external, for Innovation & Digital Strategy department.
Guaranteeing that all activities related to the job comply with applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and code of conduct).
Knowledge, skills, and experience As an enterprise, we always look for talented dedicated people who share our passion for what science can do, someone who speaks up and challenges the status quo. For this role, we are looking for a colleague with:
4-6 years of working experience working on social media with internal and external communication, for example in a communication department in a company or organization, or from a communication agency.
Experience in counseling or creating different forms of communications material for leaders.
Good digital skills and knowledge of how the different social and digital platforms can be used - both internally and externally.
University degree in Journalism
