Here's what we'll do together:In this role, you'll be part of the Global CRM team and based in Valencia.
Together with the team, you will be developing global brand & seasonal CRM campaigns, whilst looking closely at the consumer journey and optimizing online visits, conversion, and revenue. You are the specialist when it comes to the planning, briefing, and execution of all CRM campaigns. Besides, you are creating the audiences, setting up the campaigns, and reporting on the results.
To create and build the newsletters, you will be working closely with our marketing and ecommerce teams to coordinate the needed content. You have a great eye for design, but you are also guided by your capability to understand and digest numbers. You are the specialist on the latest trends in email marketing and always keep an eye on competitors.
Responsibilities:Manage the global CRM calendar for our different CRM channels (newsletter, sms, app push notification);Continuous analysis and reporting of newsletter results on CRM KPI's and its effect on engagement, customer lifetime value, and the database;Brief, create and plan newsletter campaigns and CRM initiatives, whilst working together with brand, design, product, and e-commerce trade & product teams;Own the A/B test roadmap for all CRM communications. Look closely at KPI's and how to optimize our communications. Share and rollout best practices with important stakeholders;Lead the quarterly alignment process with brand, product, and trade teams for the planning and creation of all CRM campaigns and initiatives;Create quarterly forecasting and monitor CRM performance. Align with stakeholders on action points;Support & align with local marketing teams on regional CRM calendar and initiatives, whilst making sure best practices are applied;Work on initiatives and the calendar for CLUB-G members (our loyalty program). Align with brand and trade, brief and execute CLUB-G communications;What you bring to the table:Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related technology field;3 years of experience in a CRM-related position;Proof of expertise in email marketing, campaign management, driving conversion, and knowledge of A/B testing;You are the specialist on the latest trends in email marketing and always keep an eye on competitors;You have a great eye for design but you're also very driven by numbers;Preferable knowledge of Exponea/Bloomreach and basic HTML & SQL;Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;Advanced planning and attention-to-detail skills.Finally, do you have a strong personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English?
