We are looking for a CRM Operations Specialist to join our team and provide part time support to the Customer Relationship team of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).
About the role: Dedication: Part time Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès Work model: Hybrid (3 days / week of remote work and 2 from the office) Project's length: about 1 year estimated, extendable.
Main responsibilities : Reporting to the Customer Relationship Management Strategist, your main tasks will be: Provide services to HP on a time and material basis to fulfil the objective of offering Customer Engagement and CRM operations expertise.
Stakeholder engagement to develop campaigns and program audience selections and evaluate communications performance.
Keep the CRM system updated.
Track the effectiveness of the strategies implemented.
Analyze sales data and redefine customer management strategies as well as recognize areas for potential improvement.
Background & Skills : Graduate in Marketing, BA, Sales or similar +3 years' experience in CRM/ marketing processes.
Fluent English is a must.
Excellent organization skills.
Proactive and dynamic.
High level of attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communications skills.
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and to adapt to different stakeholders.
