3Commas is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our Marketing department. As our CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue. This role requires a detail-oriented, data-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote products and services, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.Manage and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.Deliver our CRM strategies across all customer touch points, including web and app.Segment audiences and tailor communications to drive personalized customer experiences.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.A/B test subject lines, content, and other variables to optimize campaign performance.Maintain and manage email lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to email marketing and CRM.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management.Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Experience in mobile CRM, including push notifications and in-app messaging.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with A/B testing and email optimization techniques.Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
