About the Job We are looking for a CRM Copywriter with personal finance experience and an understanding of the TOV in this market. The new role is within the CRM team, where you'll be responsible for CRM copy and writing for multiple channels. You must be a self-starter and experienced in moving projects forwards, as well as extremely creative and inventive. It would also be advantageous if you had experience of working in new and emerging technologies. What You'll Be Doing Writing simple, engaging, and high-converting copy for CRM and various channels. Managing the process from concept through to send and reviewing/amending copy based on conversion results. Helping to drive brand consistency/TOV through CRM and other channels. Ideating together with the team on new ways of communicating our brand and offering. Skills You'll Need 3 years' experience within personal finance copywriting. Experience in writing for CRM and tailoring copy to suit different audiences. A good understanding of CRM processes. Preferably experience in app communication.
