Given our fast growth, we are constantly looking for talented new colleagues to become part of our team.At Motherson COE we are looking for a Tax Manager who will become part of the COE Tax Team. The chosen candidate must have a strong knowledge of tax accounting and finance combined with demonstrable work experience of at least 5-7 years in similar positions. The candidate will be responsible for the technical side of compliance with different taxes and reporting, mostly for the Spanish and Portuguese entities of our Group. The candidate will work under the guidance and supervision of the Tax Director for Europe & North Africa.Responsibilities:Responsible for the tax reconciliation (direct and indirect taxes) and the automatization of tax reconciliation processes; closely working with local finance teams.Responsible for the timely preparation and submission of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes) for all legal entities in the assigned territory.Supervise all tax payments of the legal entities in the assigned territory.Responsible for the calculation of the tax provisions and tax (risk) reporting.Manage all operational taxes (including but not limited to tax registrations) and provide tax reporting packages.Deal directly with local tax authorities, local advisors, and local finance teams in the assigned territory.Manage the tax audits of the legal entities in the assigned territory. Coordinating the gathering of information required/requested in connection with a tax audit. Support in the implementation of tax audit strategies.Support the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation.Report all potentially reportable cross-border transactions (EU DAC6).Support legal entity rationalization.Tax research and support in international tax matters and provide tax support to the business, working to efficiently and effectively lead international tax risk and planning.Take care of digital tax-relevant documentation sorting and archive.Your Profile:Solid knowledge and experience with tax reconciliations and filings (technical aspects).Strong knowledge of Spanish local GAAP and IFRS rules (knowledge of Portuguese local GAAP is a plus).Strong knowledge of DTA and DTL calculations.SAP dominance (knowledge of Oracle will be a plus).IT-friendly and Excel high skills.Work experience in multinational companies
