ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for the Spanish market. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building, setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's marketing strategy in Spain.
Smart marketing positioning and fresh execution will be at the heart of the company's successful launch in Spain. You will play a crucial role in the company's success.
You will collaborate with European marketing teams and operations in areas like digital marketing, CRM and Communications.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all marketing activities in Spain to ensure a smooth launch and scaling of the client's operations and deliver on ambitious commercial goals.
Deeply understand the needs of Spain customers (employers and employees), be a forceful and outspoken advocate for them, ensuring that their needs are being met by the company's solutions and marketing strategies.
Lead on integrated marketing approach in Spain across B2C and B2B audiences.
Lead selection of and collaboration with Spanish marketing partners (e.g., agencies, publishers, complementary solutions, etc.), deliver results.
Actively collaborate with European Digital Marketing, CRM and PR leads and teams.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS: Experienced integrated/digital marketer with 8+ yrs of professional experience and track record of marketing success in scaling digital/technology ventures in Spain.
Extensive professional network in Spain, in particular with local agencies and among marketing leaders of companies serving enterprises and their employees.
Hands-on experience with operating digital marketing and CRM channels in Spain.
Experience of operating in a regulated environment (incl. financial services) is a plus.
Based in Spain, fluent in Spanish and English.
