Posizione:
The position will report to Dionisio Torre Ramos, Global CSMO (Chief Sales and Marketing Officer), Corporate Director of Giunti Psychometrics Group.
Objective: Optimize corporate-level sales processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and the achievement of the commercial objectives of each company within the Corporation, enabling them to focus on sales.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Design, optimization, and implementation of sales processes, policies, and procedures: Collaborate with the Global CSMO in the definition and implementation of:
Sales Policies
Product Classification: Business Lines, Families, Subfamilies, and Products
Customer Classification: Customer Segmentation
Commission Systems
Annual Budgets
Define and implement Corporate Pipeline: Identify and document all steps involved in the sales process, from lead generation to closure.
Automation: Implement tools and technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
Bottleneck Elimination: Identify and remove obstacles that impede sales progress.
Establish Best Practices: Define and communicate the best procedures to ensure consistency and quality throughout the sales process.
Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation:
Data Collection: Gather and organize sales data from various sources (CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
Reports and Dashboards Creation: Develop dashboards that the BI specialist will implement and create customized reports for the sales teams and management, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
KPIs Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales strategies.
Data Analysis: Use analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Support for sales teams:
Training: Provide training to sales teams on the use of tools and processes.
Technical Support: Resolve technical issues related to sales tools.
Sales Materials Creation: Develop sales materials (presentations, proposals, etc.) to assist salespeople.
Implementation of new technologies (CRM):
Tool Evaluation: Evaluate and select new tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency (CRM, dashboards, sales automation, etc.).
Implementation: Implement and configure new tools within the organization.
Training: Train users on how to use the new tools.
Alignment with other areas:
Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with offline and online commercial activities, including lead generation and lead nurturing.
Customer Service: Ensure a smooth transition between sales and customer service.
Finance: Work closely with the finance team to set budgets, forecasts, and analyze the profitability of overall activity and special projects.
Requisiti:
At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations (Sales Ops) roles, with a focus on optimizing sales processes in multinational companies.
Prior experience in the implementation and automation of sales processes, including the use of CRM and other automation technologies.
Knowledge and experience in defining sales policies, customer segmentation, and product classification.
Experience in data analysis, report creation, and dashboard development for sales teams and management, using BI tools.
Familiarity with KPI monitoring and trend analysis to optimize sales strategies.
Experience in training and providing technical support to sales teams on the use of tools and processes.
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
A master's degree in Commercial Management, Data Analytics, or an MBA would be a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or others), with the ability to evaluate and implement new technological solutions to improve sales efficiency.
Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio), along with knowledge of sales automation technologies.
Experience in the implementation of commission systems and the development of annual sales budgets.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and their integration with CRM for lead nurturing.
Languages:
Fluent English (C1 or higher).
Other languages such as Italian or German would be valued positively.
Skills:
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset, focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement of sales processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both at a technical and operational level, to interact with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in multicultural environments and with geographically distributed teams.
