The Corporate Planning Officer position is under the Corporate Services and OTP Admin Section. His/her primary responsibilities are as follows:Assist the Corporate Secretary in conduct of various Board meetingEstablish and maintain good shareholders/partners relationsHandle Management meetings essential to facilitate approval processMaintain central repository of meeting records and documentations; andDrafts minutes of meetings, memoranda, reports and other documents worked on by the SectionClose coordination with Legal Affairs Department on the update and release of corporate legal records.Ensure confidentiality of all information/documents handled by the SectionSpecific Duties & Responsibilities Remarks:Committee meeting managementUndertake Secretariat functions (such as but not limited to scheduling of meetings, preparation of kits, drafting of Minutes of Meeting, preparation of necessary reports) on key Management meetings and conduct of various Board meetingsEnsure confidentiality of information/documents being handledShareholder/partner relationsEstablish and maintain good relations with the office of the President, Corporate Secretary, shareholders, partners and Management team Attend to queries and concerns raised by stakeholdersDocument/records managementDevelop/maintain efficient tracking system on Management/Board approvalsEnsure up to date repository of meeting records and documentations.PlanningAssist in the conduct of Management Convocation and other planning activities Budget managementAssist in the preparation of yearly department budgetTrack expenses and budget utilizationPrepare the list of recipients of corporate giveawaysQMSPerform auditing functions relative to the company's QMS implementationUndergo relevant training to perform the functionPrepare reports as directed 7. Perform tasks as assigned by the supervising headAs Corporate Planning Officer, he/she shall support the Corporate Services Section head and/or the Corporate Planning Department with its plans and initiatives.Position Requirements (Basic Qualifications) Educational Background:A graduate of bachelor's degree in related fieldsWork Experience:At least 4 years of relevant working experience for Specialist level; 6 years relevant working experience for JAM levelOther Qualifications:With developed sense of judgement, responsible and trustworthy Highly systematic/organize and can multi-taskProficient writing skills Ready and willing to take on challenges and other responsibilitiesDiligent and conscientious in work outputPleasing and positive personality Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
