MISSIONEnsure compliance with the defined objectives of Successfactors implementation project.GENERAL FUNCTIONSEnables Ficosa to develop and execute its strategy by building a team of talented, committed and performing people, acting as a strategic partner, fostering Ficosa's values & being entrepreneurial in accordance with the ethical code and the laws.Build and lead communication and relationship with the implementation partner.Monitoring third parties to ensure guidelines are maintained.Study and analyze the implications of Successfactors modules implementation, carrying our risk assessment and defining corrective actions plans.Planning,



managing and distributing activities and ensuring their end on time with the quality required.Foster the discussion of the leading practice for each HR process and guarantee its customization inSuccessfactors.Study and analyze the implications of Successfactors modules implementation, carrying our risk assessment and defining corrective actions plans.Coordinate the project stakeholders (implementation partner consultants, Payroll and Clocking third parties, IT Department, Local HR Teams, Corporate HR functions and HRBP). Ensure the progress of the project through periodical report meetings. Escale main issues.Guarantee training and communication through all organizations levels. Plan the roll-out to ensure end users start using it.Foster the engagement of end users with Successfactors. Control and follow up of project cost. Stay aware of new modules, functionalities, features and releases.Manage local and corporate audits.Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.Lead the team, guaranteeing their effectiveness,



development and motivation; fostering Ficosa's values.Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, assure they are properly used.Actively cooperates in maintaining, promoting and improving of the OHSE and Quality department.(*) The duties described are only the most typical of this position and are in no way a comprehensive list.POSITION REQUIREMENTS**Academic background**:Bachelor's degree**Languages**:Fluent local language & Advanced English (spoken & written)**Experience**:Minimum of 3 years HR manager in multinational company**Travel**:Willing to travelOTHER SPECIFICATIONS**Additional training**:Knowledge in all HR areas would be of additional value
