As a trainer, you will be conducting lessons online to our clients. Our learners are mostly business professionals and executives. On any given day, you may have a CEO, senior manager of a top company, scientist, doctor, lawyer, or other professionals from highly-specialized fields as your learner.
Job Responsibilities:Deliver live video training sessions to 1 learner or to a group per session;Write lesson reports to the learner groups to document what was covered in each session.Requirements:Energetic, pleasant, and engagingExcellent communication skills in English (oral and writing)College/bachelor's degree is requiredAt least 3 years of Corporate experience and 1 year of adult teaching experienceWilling to teach video classesComfortable in using online platforms for teachingFluency in other languages is a plusEditing and/or proofreading experience is an advantageOpen-minded and willing to learnQuiet, dedicated workspaceWork and Technical Requirements:Dedicated quiet workspacePC or Mac (laptop or desktop)A noise-cancelling computer headset with a microphoneHigh-speed Internet connection (Download 10 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps)Webcam capability (internal or external)Operating System: Minimum Requirements:Windows 10 or higherMac - OS 10.12.6 (OS Sierra) or higherProcessor - Intel Core i5/i7 or equivalent8 GB RAM10 GB of available disk spaceWork Hours:Number of hours per week: 30 to 40 hoursNumber of days per week: 5 to 6 daysWorking days: any day of the week as long as it meets the total number of hours per weekAdditional Requirements:Education:Bachelor's (required)Language:English (required)
