And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our PeopleWe are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.Responsibilities:Your role as a Coordinator will involve:- Lead the coordination and operations of online, offline and hybrid trainings activities and events organized for staff and in collaboration with other departments.- Oversee the successful execution of planned events, including logistic activities such as venue booking and post-event follow-up.- Preparation and dissemination of internal clear and effective communications related to training programs, events, and institutional Information.- Manage corporate volunteering initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's values and objectives.- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, presenting the institution, corporate work tools, and HR procedures.- Manage a high volume of e-mail and respond on time to internal and external queries.- Create reports and contribute to the preparation of statistics and presentations.- Compile, organize and update databases with relevant information of the different activities and events.- Prepare internal expense reports and logistical duties to ensure a smooth running of the department (payments, invoicing, travels, etc
