Responsibilities: Documentation and building of control program manuals Troubleshoot Production Cells and set up programs from scratch Implementation process charts Creating in accordance with criterion, standards and regulations Certain shift-work and standby hours after customer takes over Qualifications/Skills/Training: Siemens PLC (STEP 7 and TIA Portal) and Rockwell/Allen Bradley mainly. Knowledge of other brands will be valued (Omron, Phoenix Contact, etc). SCADA systems, preferably WinCC. Domain of industrial networks: Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, ASi. Basic knowledge of vision systems. Programming of servomotors. Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and frequent weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
