Job Summary:
The Continuous Improvement and Risk Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing overall efficiency, and managing risks within our low-cost airline. This role exists to identify, develop, and implement process improvements that reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve customer satisfaction, while also proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks that could impact the airline's performance and safety. By leveraging lean methodologies, data-driven analysis, and risk management best practices, the Continuous Improvement and Risk Manager ensures that our airline continuously evolves to meet the dynamic demands of the aviation industry, ultimately supporting our mission to provide affordable, reliable, and secure air travel in the Dominican Republic.
