Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Content and Creativity to shape and execute our content marketing strategy across key channels—campaigns, social media (knowledge of TikTok and Meta trends would be a big plus!), and blogs. This is an exciting opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table, ensure engaging and consistent messaging, and play a crucial role in amplifying our brand's presence.
As the leader of a talented team of five, you'll inspire and motivate your colleagues while managing day-to-day operations, overseeing content planning, and reporting on the success of various content marketing initiatives. You'll also conduct content audits and collaborate with the wider marketing team, playing a key role in delivering our brand strategy and its future direction.

Team management and teams' alignment
Lead and manage the content team, consisting of Marketing Executives and Copywriters, and ensure high quality and relevant content is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Collaborate closely with our creative, design, and video teams to ensure that all content aligns seamlessly with our brand vision. In partnership with the Creative Manager, you will ensure that every channel showcases our brands in the most impactful and efficient way possible.
Work closely with the Acquisition team on the creation of content to support SEO, paid social activities and reviving CRM user journeys.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and teams across the business to ensure our content approaches are fit for purpose and allow us to grow.
Manage and delegate day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure everything is running smoothly and on time.
Content sourcing and resourcing
Collaborate with principals, teachers and students to create and share content that motivates prospects to sign up to our courses.
Maintain close relationships with the Operations and Sales teams in order to understand the business and harness knowledge gained to inspire the content strategy.
Develop strong materials, tools, and key messages to support the broader marketing team to fully engage and execute brand strategy with ease and understanding.
Define and implement strategy
Develop content strategies and create high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, new products and the blog.
Analyse and report on content performance metrics to continually optimise content strategy across all distribution channels and ensure that goals are being met.
Devise content plans to promote new products and schools that are inspiring and engaging.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Proficiency in English is required, as it will serve as the primary language for all communications and documentation in this role. Ability to clearly articulate ideas and offer unique solutions to challenges, verbally, written and visually.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is essential.
Significant and demonstrable digital marketing experience.
Experience in campaign development and delivery; brand and social media strategy development.
Development and execution of strategic content plans using the marketing mix.
Proficiency in devising, implementing, and supporting brand awareness and lead generation activities across multiple different marketing distribution channels.
Excellent project management skills.

Compelling interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
Thrive on working in a fast-moving environment in an international business.
Experience of leading and project managing multiple brand campaigns.
