And today is the day in which we ask you: wanna join us in the next step of making the healthcare experience more human?Job DescriptionThe content design manager will manage a team of content designers, guiding them to have maximum impact in the projects they are involved in. In addition, the manager will also be the guardian of the product narrative and align with other stakeholders from e.g. product marketing to ensure a consistent user experience across the entire user journey. The manager will ensure that the team effectively uses analytics to measure the impact of content on user behaviour and conversion rates.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and mentor a team of content designers across the Docplanner product suite, empowering them to create impactful, user-centered content.Support their career growth with regular check-ins and performance reviews, and actively contribute to team expansion through recruiting and onboarding new talent.Define the content design strategy and initiate discipline-related projects and initiatives, such as content audits, pattern definition, content operations, content governance.Lead strategic content design projects by defining tasks, allocating resources, and following up on progress.Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Marketing and Customer Success.Analyze user data to identify gaps in education and engagement, adjusting strategies accordingly.Manage content flows in partnership with the Customer Marketing team to ensure consistency across all user touch points.Oversee the development of in-product communications and content that drives onboarding, feature adoption and user engagement.Qualifications7 years of experience in UX writing, content design or other product content roles in a fast-paced environment.At least 2 years of experience in managing and mentoring a team.Proven track record of leading and delivering impactful content design projects in complex, consumer-facing international businesses, solving difficult product challenges across multiple platforms, services, and use cases.Empathetic leader who challenges directly and cares personally.Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Clear and transparent communicator who keeps things simple and focuses on outcomes and results.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analytics and product adoption tools.Bonus points if you have experience in content marketing, product marketing, or related fields, ideally within a PLG SaaS environment.Additional InformationRemote or hybrid work model with our hub in Barcelona.Summer intensive schedule during July and August (work 7 hours, finish earlier).23 paid holidays, with exchangeable local bank holidays.Additional paid holiday on your birthday or work anniversary (you choose what you want to celebrate).Private healthcare plan with Adeslas for you and subsidized for your family (medical and dental).Access to hundreds of gyms for a symbolic fee in partnership for you and your family.Access to iFeel, a technological platform for mental wellness offering online psychological support and counseling.Free English and Spanish classes.We promote and embrace equal opportunities in our hiring process, and also every day at work.
